Are you interested in…

  • Technical sales support including consultation for installations and connections (usability of equipment and optional accessories, compatibility, operations conditions, method of installation,  etc.)
  • Administration and execution of warranty submitted within Czech Republic to the CRM Warranty system (directly or via the online form). Support in testing and implementation of a system for processing warranty via formstack (MAX) including organisation of covening events ESV. Preparation of documentation for extended warranties for CRM Warranty.
  • Complete agenda of spare parts including E-Parts (their specifications and offers, consignment stocks etc.) and their registration in consignment stocks in DSM system
  • Training  (LMS incl. its management, training plan, training organization and arrangements, reports, certificates, training materials and tools etc.), creation of training concepts according to needs  of the company and clients
  • Technical consultancy
  • Close collaboration with Service Coordinator – technical support to Service Coordinator, joined coordination of repair management on construction sites, deputy of Service Coordinator in case of his/her prolonged absence so as not to disrupt the necessary operations of the service team
  • Management of technical equipment of service technicians (tools, devices, measurement devices etc.)

Do you bring along…

  • High school/university of technical focus 
  • Experience in technical security of buildings, mainly in the area of  air conditioning, ventilation and heat pumps
  • Preferably knowledge of  air conditioning and air handling equipment
  • Basic knowledge in electrotechnics
  • Professional communication to internal and external customers
  • Conceptual approach
  • Good organisational skills
  • Active independent approach to problem solving of assigned projects
  • Intermediate level  of command of English
  • Good PC literacy (Office, SAP, CRM, web, etc.)
  • Driving license group  B
